Do I have to pay for returns?

If for any reason you feel your rug is not suitable you can return it to us for a full refund of your original purchase price. We simply ask that you return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please let us know if possible that you intend to send your order back to us by emailing info@rugstorene.co.uk 

We ask that when you first open your order that you retain the original packaging in case you need to return any items you feel are not suitable. Any orders that are returned must be suitably sealed in secure packaging to protect your order from water damage or any damage during transit. Failure to do this may result in Rugstore NE refusing to accept receipt of clearly damaged goods. If you return goods to us that have clear signs of use, are dirty or damaged then a refund will not be issued. Rugstore NE will not accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit while being returned. We advise the use of an insured courier service when returning your order.

Rugstore NE will not be responsible for any goods that go missing during transit while being returned to us.

Please ensure your return is adequately insured as loss or damage during transit will not be compensated. Please also enclose a note with your name and order number on it, this will assist our processing of the refund more quickly.
